Yoga has become much more than a practice for me – it’s a way of life. As a yoga teacher, I love sharing classes that help people build strength, improve mobility, to slow down and find a sense of balance both on and off the mat. Always either in front or behind the camera! Helping brands tell their story online is one of my biggest passions.
